Liquid Wood

Engineered wood is the most detached from its natural form. Through experimentation, the artist reinterprets the processes used in manufacturing engineered wood to create his own material - a form of wood castable into plastic moulds. Like MDF, it lacks anything reminiscent of wood’s natural, beautiful grain patterns, nevertheless, it is a beneficial adaptation of the material for construction and reducing waste products.
